Jai Gurudev It seems standing naked is most important thing to do. Next next next has to be ended somehow. I am and awareness or watching the thought both seems to be very important tool. I am gives a sense of eternity or real self while watching the thought seems to be more satisfying. These are the two tools. Another tool is observe the observer also very important. Jai Guru dev give me strength...... practice is very importnat... let the devil slow down... I think devil is trying to end me .. Jai guru dev give me strength to end the devil.
